草莓優格(巧巧)瑪芬
1. Self-rising flour: 1 cup
2. 香草糖: 1/2 tsp
3. 草莓優格: 1/2 cup
4. skim milk: 1/2 cup
5. egg: 1/2
1+2過篩,3+4+5混勻且分次加入乾料,裝進杯模. 烤箱190度C,35分鐘. 取出^^ 可以加一些巧克力豆. 瑪芬的重點是不能過度攪拌喔! 這次的口感很棒^^
